Sub- Regarding handing over charge by Ex-CASI Pankajini Mishra

Ref. memo no. 2903 dt-21.11.19

Sir,

Respectfully I beg to state a few lines for your kind consideration to give the necessary clarification as
desired in your order vide memo no. 2903 dt. 21.11.19.

Order no. 1- I have been relieved on 13.09.2019 by the oirder of SP,Puri through the certificate issued by
IIC , Konark vide SP order no. 1464/R.O/R.SI/ 11.09.19 through VHF message to undergo SI training at
PTC , Angul . But before my relieve, no such order was passed regarding posting of CASI , konark in my
place.

Order no. 2-The charge paper list was prepared by me with the assistance of Asish Sahoo (C/280) and
Santosh ku. Panda(HG) and Asish Sahoo, the only staff of the court was given the responsibility to hand
it over to the new officer who will be posted in my place. Apparently , ASI Banamali Naik joined as CASI ,
JMFC COURT, KONARK after 7 days.

Order no. 3- The charge paper list is with Asish Sahoo(c/280).
