Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to let you know that I am unhappy with my living condition.
While my previous housemate was very calm and considerate, my current
housemate is extremely noisy and disrespectful. This making my studying
circumstances is completely difficult. I hope you will consider my condition
favorably.
Let me explain my situation. The trouble started two weeks ago when my
current housemate played loud music. Even though I had explained my
situation to him, he ignores my request and played it again. In addition, he
usually invites his friends to watch movies and sport matches with loud
volume which further exacerbates the issue. Therefore, I have not been able
to concentrate on my study.
Would you kindly move me to any other university accommodation? I would
prefer to be transferred to any accommodation as soon as I will live with
someone who is quieter and more considerate than the others.

Thanks for your consideration.

Yours Faithfully,
Haider

Dear Paul,

I am writing to thank you for the invitation. It is so kind of you but

unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to make it because I have got my last final
exam has already been scheduled on the same date of your proposition.

Let me explain my situation in details. Attending the last final exam is

extremely important in order to graduate from the university. I have tried my
best to shift the exam time into another date, however, it is not approved yet
due to the hectic schedule.

Can you please reschedule your invitation into another time? Indeed, I
haven’t got any preferences as soon as it can be held after the exam period.
I am looking forward to seeing your family and have a great time together.
Further, it would be great if you could show me your lovely city.

Please let me know.

Yours faithfully,
Haider
