Daily Powers
Daily powers represent a significant attack or a spectacular effect.

Unlike Monsters, Traps lack tactics. Instead, a Trap takes the
actions listed on its card. A Trap might attack all the Heroes on
its tile, or it might attack the Hero closest to it. A Trap attacks
just like a Monster.
Disabling Traps: A Hero can disable a Trap instead of attack-
ing, as described on page 10. If the Hero can make more than
one attack in a turn, the disable attempt can replace any of
those attacks.

Blocked Edges
Some adventures call for you to add Cavern Edge tiles to the
map during play. If you cannot physically place a tile because
a Cavern Edge tile is in the way, your Hero cannot explore in
that direction.

Some adventures direct the players to compete against each
