urges to urinate, including at night. I also have difficulty in commencing and
maintaining urination. Sometimes, there’s blood in my urine and I have got bone
pain such as in my spine, femur, pelvis, or ribs. It bothers my daily life very much
and also affects my sexual activity since I achieve an erection difficultly. I am
really worried about it and need to meet a doctor soon.

Prostate cancer is a malignancy that occurs in the prostate gland. The prostate gland is a
gland in the male reproductive system which is located just below the bladder and in front of
the rectum or anus. The size of the prostate gland is as large as a walnut and surrounds a
portion of the urethra. The prostate gland will produce fluid that forms part of the semen
component

4. How do doctor diagnose prostate cancer ?

G. ANSWER
1. Prostate cancer does have something to do with heredity, but that doesn't have to happen.
Having a family history of prostate cancer only increases the likelihood (only likelihood)
of a person's risk of suffering from the same disease compared to those who have no
family history of prostate cancer.
2. Red meat Research shows that red meat can reduce the health of people with prostate
cancer. Consuming it every day is believed to risk three times the risk of prostate cancer.
Milk As with meat, consuming dairy products regularly is associated with an increased
risk of prostate enlargement. Reducing butter, cheese, and milk can help reduce the
symptoms of prostate enlargement.
Caffeine It's best to avoid consuming products that contain caffeine, such as coffee and
tea. Caffeine acts as a diuretic that can increase the frequency of urination.
Alcohol Caffeine alone shouldn't be let alone alcohol. Alcohol can stimulate urine
production. Men with prostate enlargement will improve if they stop drinking alcohol.
Sodium High salt intake can improve urinary tract symptoms associated with prostate
enlargement. Instead, reduce sodium intake by not consuming excessive salt.
3. Graham giles, Ph.D.,an Autralian researcher found the fact that regular ejaculation helps
clear carcinogens contained in semen. That way, the risk of prostate cancer in the body is
reduced.
4. There are also several other methods that will be used in the inspection, including:
 Plug in the rectum or DRE
 Using prostate specific antigen (PSA) tests that increase in blood
 Ultrasound biopsy
5. A healthy diet and regular exercise will be much better if done as a cancer prevention
measure. If you have cancer the condition of the body decreases should not be forced
more than recommended by the doctor
