However, we strongly believe that music is mainly a form of expression which should be perceived on an emotional level and that there is no right or wrong way to approach things. After all, your ears decide if you think something is cool or not, The intention behind this band was never to be as technical and flashy as possible just for the sake of it. So although we may have some parts in our songs which require a certain amount of skill to be Performed, the focus in our music was always just on writing and playing what we would like to hear ourselves and what is fun for us: Music from fans for fans. So we do not want this book to be misunderstood as some kind of guideline how to do it “right”. We put a lot of hard work into this project and hope that you get something positive out of investigating those pages, you may get an insight into our thinking process and maybe a few secrets of sounds you like will be revealed, or, most important of all, you may just have fun shredding along to our tunes.
