Marketing Communication with the inside sales activities.


Position – Inside Sales executive
Location – Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold
calls and emails
 Understand customer needs and requirements
 Ability to qualify requirements and make a sales pitch
 Define long term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships.
 Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
Requirements:
 Preferably female candidates
 Proven inside sales experience
 Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
 Excellent verbal and written communications skills
 Must be graduate with relevant experience of 2-4 years
 Must have exposure to customer relationship management
 Proficiency in languages and should be fluent to speak in Malayalam and Tamil
 Candidates based from Mumbai only.

Female Candidates with Fluency in Telugu / Malayalam / Tamil Language

 Collaborating with Sales departments to ensure the CRM strategy works well for
every aspect of the business.
 Generating enquiries, quotations executing orders, coordination.
 Generating Sales lead, following on the leads and ensure closure of lead (INSIDE
SALES - Outbound calling).
 Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible.
 Interacts with customers using phone, fax, email, the company website.
 Ensures a seamless process flow from the customer's initial order to the delivery of
products and services.
 Preparing weekly reports, Data Management, analysing customer's requirement.
