This agreement valid from 17.08.2017 to 16.06.2018 ie.
11 calendar Months.
Monthly Rent as Rs.5000/-Rupees Five Thousand only) as
monthly rent fixed by first party agreed by second party.
Agreed to deposit Rs.40,000/-(Rupees Forty Thousand only) as
Interest Free Rental advance.
‘The said Rental Adance is repayable on demand by the second
party upon cessation of said rent agreement within one week by
the first party.
The second party will pay the Electricity charges for the
consumption directly to the Electricity Board on behalf of first
party.
‘The first party has offered the house to second party only for
dwelling purpose and the said house should not be used for any
other purpose/sublease without prior written permission of first
party.
It is agreed that, the said House should not be used for any
‘iMegal activitiesnot be use for storing any hazardous
materials.In case such things noticed the second party should
face the legal consequences and to vacate the house without any
notice,
It is agreed that, first party requires the house being vacated
should inform the second party with a notice of 2-months prior
to such vacation.
It is agreed that, the tenure of this agreement may be extended
upon interest of both the parties.
It is agreed that, while vacating the house the first party will
return the advance amount after adjusting the cost repair if any
damaged by the second party upon mutual agreed amount.
This deed is mutually agreed upon both parties by duly signed on dated
this day.
