After completing this exercise, you shall be able to perform following tasks in MS Word:

 Create table and insert data in it.


 Insert a picture.
 Format the data.
Problem Statement

Create a new MS Word document as indicated below.


1. Create a table with Four Rows and Four Columns.

 Insert a picture in 1st Row, 2nd Column.


 Write “Name” in 2nd Row, 1st Column and enter your name in 2nd Row, 2nd Column.
 Write “Qualification/ Class” in 3rd Row, 1st Column and enter your qualification or class in 3rd
Row, 2nd Column.
 Write “Email ID” in 4th Row, 1st Column and enter your email address in 4th Row, 2nd Column.

2. Replace the highlighted text with appropriate content.

3. Use the following formatting for the document:
For Question 1: -

a) Text in 1st Column: Arial 12, bold


b) Text in 2nd Column: Arial 12
For Question 2: -
c) Two blank lines between table and the paragraph
d) The paragraph: Times New Roman 12
