Candidates must ensure that they are aware of the correct date, timing and venue of their Examination Centre. ‘Students must carry their Admit Cards which must be produced when demanded by the Invigiators. Ent into the Examination Hall would be permitted 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the examination. Entry in the Examination Hall after 30 minutes of commencement of the examination would not be allowed. However. no extra time would be given tothe late coming examinees, ‘No candidate would be allowed to leave the Examination Hall within one hour of commencement of the examination. Candidates Who opt to leave the Examination Hall within two hours of commencement of the examination must hand over their Question, Papers to the invigilators. Candidates who have handed over their Answer Sheets to the invigilators would not be permitted to re-enter the under any circumstances, whatsoever, amination Hall Candidates must sign the Attendance Sheets available with the Invigilators, Failure to sign the Attendance Sheet would render the Answer Sheet void. Candidates must write their Names, Roll Numbers and the subject, and place theie signatures, on the perforated upper portion of the Cover Page of the Answer Sheets only. Disclosure of the candidate's idewtty (Name, Rall No., Address, Telephone No. or any other uncalled for remarks or messages) at any other place in the Answer Sheet would lead to the disqualification of the ‘candidate, In questions pertaining to writing of letters, memos, reporis, etc aliases such as ABC, POR and XYZ, ete. should only be used. Candidates rust ensure strict compliance with these instructions. The students should also keep in mind that any cutting or crasure on any part af the answer book other than the perforated portion, does not need to be authenticated by the student's sighature as this would reveal his identity. Candidates are required to sign on the aitendance sheet each time they receive a supplementary answer script Any candidate found using unfair means would be expelled from the examination immediately. In addition, the Examination ‘Committee may impose any other penalties as it may consider appropriate. ‘Policy on use of unfair means by students during, Examinations’ may be viewed at [CAP's website, ‘Candidates must observe strict silence in the Examination Hall, In order to draw the attention of any attendant or supervisor, the ‘catdidate should raise his/her hand, ‘The following material is allowed in the Examination Hall Writing requisites such as pens, pencils, scale, etc * Calculators: Students are allowed to bring the following calculators in the Examination Hall ‘Simple Caleulator with no scientific function. BeBSMS, fx-350MS, f%-260 Solar, f%-100, f-1008, fx-100D, fx-9SMS, fx-992S, £-901, O-8SES, fK-BSES Plus, fe SSUES, fx-350ES Plus, fk-95ES, f%-500ES, fk-991ES, fe-S70ES, fx-50F Plus, fx-50 FH, f-991ES Plus, fk-ST0MS, bx- 3507L, fx-991MS, fx-100W, fx-1 SMS, fx-100MS, f¥-S70ES Plus Any other model of calculator will not be allowed ja the Examination Hall, (Other models may be added to the list. The policy can be viewed at ICAP"s website Candidates must strictly refrain from carrying any notes, books, mathematical tables, cheek lists, graphical exhibits and calculators ‘with programming functions into the Examination Hall, Any candidate found in possession of the above in the examination hall is liable for strict dseiplinaily action for violation of examination regulations. The candidates shall not be allowed to carry mobile phone in the examination hall. Candidates should not Jeave the examination ball and must cemain seated at their respective seats during the last fifteen minutes of the examination and vil all the answer scripts have been collected by the Invigilators, after the examination, the event of any differences with the invigilator, the student should seek the intervention of the Centre Supervisor mediately,
