Equipment : Compressor , Single Acting Cylinder , FLR Unit , 3/2 Control Valve

Description : We are operating single cylinder by spring return 3/2 direction

control valve

Procedure :1. Take the compressor and then connect FLR unit
2. Now connect the 3/2 direction control valve
3. Now connect the single cylinder to 3/2 DCV UNIT
4. Now actuate the push button

spring return direction Control Valve

Description : We are operating double acting cylinder by spring return

4/2 spring return direction control valve

Procedure : 1. Take the compressor and then connect FLR unit

2. Now connect the 4/2 direction control valve
3. Now connect the double acting cylinder to 4/2
DCV UNIT
4. Now actuate the push button

Description : We are operating single acting cylinder by pressing two 3/2 spring
return direction control valves simultaneously by using two Pressure valve

Procedure : 1. Take the compressor and then connect FLR unit

2. Now connect the two 3/2 spring return direction controls valve
3. Outputs of the DCV connected to two pressure valve
4.Now connect the single acting cylinder to two Pressure control .

5. Now actuate the push button

Description : We are operating double acting cylinder by regulating pressure by

using flow control valves.

Procedure : 1. Take the compressor and then connect FLR unit

2. Now connect the two 3/2 direction controls valve
3. Outputs of the DCV connected to two pressure valve
4.Now connect the double acting cylinder to two Pressure control .
valve.
5. Its output is now connected to 4/2 direction control valve

6. The pressure of the air from the 4/2 valve is regulate variable orifice.

7 .Now we connect the variable orifice to the piston

8. Now actuate the push button.

Description : We are operating double acting cylinder by indirect control using pilot
operator.

Procedure : 1. Take the compressor and then connect FLR unit

2. Now connect the two 3/2 direction controls valve
3. Outputs of the DCV connected to two pressure valve
4.Now connect the double acting cylinder to two Pressure control .
valve.
5. Its output is now connected to 4/2 direction control valve

6. Now connect the 4/2 control valve to the double acting control
cylinder,

7. Now actuate the push button.

Equipment : Compressor , double acting Cylinder, FLR Unit , 3/2 direction Control
Valve , two pressure valve 4/2 pilot operator, rollers.

I.
Description :We are operating two double acting cylinders with the help of
rollers in the order of a+b+a-b-
Procedure : 1. Take the compressor and then connect FLR unit
2. Now connect the FLR unit to the 3/2 direction controls valve
3. Output of the 3/2 direction control valve is connected to the
input ports of the two 4/2 pilot operated valves.
4 .The outputs of the pilot operated 4/2 valves is connected to the
respective double acting cylinders.
i. 5. Now take the cylinders and represent them with a+ and a- at
maximum and minimum points of then piston.
ii. 6. Repeat the same for the second cylinder and represent them as
b+ and b-
iii. 7. Now connect the rollers at a+ and a-, b+ and b- positions. And
inputs are directly connected to the FLR unit
iv. 8 .Now connect the output ports of the rollers to the 4/2 direction
controlled valves according to the order i.e a+,a- and b+,b-
v. 9.Now actuate the push button.
