as follows

1. Our client is residing in ............................................................

2. Our client is engaged in property dealing business during one of his business meeting he
met with the person Samar Patel
3. Our client states that Samar Patel gained his trust and asked for a loan of Rs 80,000 which
was required for personal purpose.
4. Our client states he suggested to do a contract or sign some documents but Samar said he
needs money urgently and that was a emergency situation so don’t have time to sign these
documents .
5. Our client states that the loan of Rs 80,000 was given on 27.07.2019 and instead of signing
any contract Samar gave his Identity proof such as Aadhar Card and Pancard.
6. Our client states that Samar promised to return the borrowing after one month but after
one month is passed no contact could be made to Samar .
7. Our client states first when he called Samar for repaying the money he made many excuses
and said he will repay in some time.
8. Our client further states that Samar called and gave our client a cheque of rs 80,000 but
when deposited that cheque in bank it was found out that the bank account is closed one.
9. Our client further said that later on Samar refused to repay the loan and stared using slangs
to our client.
10. Our client therefore instructed us to issue a legal notice to you which we hereby do calling
upon you to pay our client a sum of Rs 80,000 along with.......... % interest being arrears
which are due and payable within 30 days of the receipt of this notice failing which my client
shall be constrained to file a suit against you under the relevant provisions of Negotiable
Instrument Act
