become Nominal Member of the Society duly completed by us along with one recent photograph,
Adhar Card in support of my identification have been submitted to society office . Copy of Leave and
Licence Agreement and police verification will be submitted within a week’s time.

To follow and abide by Society Rules and shall keep my self updated with Notices and
