I.Preface

The electrode adjustable insulating rod withstand voltage test bracket is developed on the

basis of the requirements of the State Power Corporation on the issuance of the "Provisional Test

Procedures for Electric Safety Appliances" (Trial) (China State Grid [2002] No. 777). All indicators

of the products meet the requirements of the national standard. The insulation rod can be tested

for insulation withstand voltage according to the "Provisional Test Procedures for Electrical Safety

Appliances". The products are suitable for all power-related industries.

IV. Instructions for use

1. The bracket is designed as three sets of electrodes, two sections of withstand voltage
structure, and the pressure test of two sections of insulating rods can be performed at one
time.
2. The electrode adopts a combination groove type conductive foam, which can
completely achieve the embracing contact effect. The self-locking and opening structure
facilitates loading and unloading of the test article to improve work efficiency.
3. The two sides are connected to the high voltage as a fixed main electrode, and the
middle electrode is grounded on the auxiliary electrode.
4. The test bracket has a ruler, and the adjustment distance is intuitive and accurate.

Hole diameters: Max size 64mm .

Insulation stick 700cm, head 30cm and end 10cm no need test. Test every 30cm, total
