Job Description
 Responsible for P&L for Employee transportation and Spot Rental business
 Increase the revenue & achieve the Sales Target on monthly basis
 Drive Sales & sales team to achieve goal
 Client Management and relationship development
 Guide the team for optimization of resources and enhancement of the customer's experience
 Training and motivation of employees.
 Ensure the adherence to company policy with respect to clients and employees.
 Compliance with statutory obligations, law of the land and Business Processes.
 Ensure client retention and manage to maintain vehicle attrition.
 Randomly audit the Operations at each site to ensure process adherence & business continuity through
preparedness for any eventuality.
 Maintain various reports and provide to the Management on time.
 Review outstanding for all clients of Mumbai branch on monthly basis
 Ensure billing is made as per set guidelines & keep proper track of collections.
 Ensure to collect all bills within the stipulated period.
 Function strategically and tactically to dominate the logistic space.
 Mentoring the team with positive attitude and ensure they achieved desired targets.
 Weekly and monthly review and performance monitoring of sales & operation

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to successfully perform the job
 Must have handled Employee Transportation business or car rental.
 Market Knowledge
 Must be currently associated with the industry and have more than 5 years experience in the Employee
Transportation business or car rental.
 Over all more than 10 years of in Car Rental and Employee Transportation
 Must have operation & Sales Knowledge
