This is a hotel.
The management wants to visualize the check-in process for a customer that plans on
staying in the hotel for a couple of nights.

the process is as follows:

1. customer checks in at the reception


2. the concierge checks if the customer had made a reservation.
3. If he has made a reservation, go to step 7
4. If not, the concierge looks if there are still any rooms available.
5. If there are rooms available, the concierge asks what room the customer would like.
6. The concierge asks the customers information and the duration of the stay.
7. Concierge gives the customer his key and room information.
8. The concierge asks a porter to take the customers luggage and take the customer to
their room.
