a. भारत सरकार, मानव संसाधन िवकास मं ालय से मा यता ा त यांि क , िव त ु ,
रासायिनक या इले ॉिन स अिभयांि क िड लोमा म कम से कम 60% अंक ।
अिभयांि क म यह िड लोमा एसएससी/एचएससी के उपरांत तीन वष क अविध
का होना चािहए।
Diploma with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical, Electrical,
Chemical or Electronics Engineering recognized by the Government of
India, Ministry of Human Resource Development. The Diploma in
Engineering should be of three years duration after SSC/HSC.

चािहए। Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or
at HSC level examination.

2. उ रयायत Age Relaxation

a. अजा/अजजा हेतु ऊपरी आयु सीमा म रयायत 05 वष है।

Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST.
b. अ.िप. वग हेतु उ क ऊपरी सीमा म 3 वष क रयायत है, बशत क अ यथ मी लेयर वग से संबंिधत नह है, इस आशय का
एक माणप , जो भारत सरकार ारा िनधा रत प म स म ािधकारी ारा वतमान िव वष यानी 01/04/2019 के बाद
जारी कया गया हो। मी लेयर से संबंिधत अ.िप. वग के अ यथ अ.िप. वग रयायत के हकदार नह ह।
Upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years for OBC, provided the certificate of not belonging to creamy
layer in the format prescribed by Govt. of India from a Competent Authority is issued in the current
year i.e. after 01/04/2019. The OBC candidates who belong to Creamy Layer are not entitled for OBC
concession/relaxation.
c. बचमाक अश तता वाले यि य को उ क ऊपरी सीमा म 10 वष क िशिथलता दी जाएगी (अ.जा./अ.ज.जा. हेत ु 15 वष एवं
अ.िप. वग हेत ु 13 वष)।
Upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST
and 13 yrs for OBC).
d. िजन संिवदा का मक ने एनपीसीआईएल म काम कया है उ ह ऊपरी आयु सीमा म उनके एनपीसीआईएल अनुभव के समप रमाण
अिधकतम 5 वष तक क िशिथलता दी जाएगी।
Age relaxation upto a maximum of 5 years commensurate with their NPCIL experience will be given to
contract employees who have worked with NPCIL.

नोट Note :
i. एक से अिधक ेणी म आयु रयायत हेतु पा आवेदक के िलए आयु िशिथलता संचयी होगी।
For applicants eligible for age relaxation in more than one category, the age relaxation will be
cumulative.
ii. एनपीसीआईएल म सेवारत ऐसे कमचा रय हेतु कोई आयु सीमा नह है जो वै ािनक सहायक/बी (िसिवल इंजी. म िड लोमा)
पद हेतु िविहत मानदंड पूरे करते ह ।
There is no age limit for employees serving in NPCIL who otherwise fulfill the prescribed criteria
for the post of Scientific Assistant/B (Diploma in Civil Engg).

3. वृि काभोगी िश ु (वग-1) के िलए िश ण अविध

Duration of training for Stipendiary Trainee (Category I ) :

िश ण क अविध 1 ½ वष (18 माह) होगी। The duration of training shall be 1 ½ years (18 months).

5. वृि काभोगी िश ु हेत ु बंधप (वग-1) Bond for Stipendiary Trainee (Category I ) :

चयिनत अ यथ को करारनामा, ितपू त अनुब धप /बक गारंटी एवं िश ण अविध के 3(तीन) गुना समय हेतु सेवा अनुब धप
तुत करना होगा, कतु इसक अविध यूनतम दो वष तथा अिधकतम पांच वष होगी और अनुब धप के उ लंघन क ि थित म देय
रािश वृि का और वा तव म ा त बुक अलाउं स के बराबर होगी।
The selected candidates will be required to execute an Agreement, Indemnity Bond /Bank Guarantee and
Service Bond for a period 3 (three) times the period of training subject to a minimum of two years and a
maximum of five years and in the event of breach of bond, the amount repayable will be equivalent to the
stipend plus book allowance actually received.

6. िश ण के उपरांत समावेशन Absorption after training:

वृि काभोगी िश ु (वग- I) - सफलतापूवक िश ण पूण करने के उपरांत अ य थय को सीसीएस(आरपी) िनयमावली, 2016 के
अंतगत संशोिधत वेतन संरचना (पे मे स) के तर-06 म यूनतम वेतन .35,400/- म वै ािनक सहायक/बी के पद हेतु समािव ट
कया जा सकता है। िश ण के दौरान ा त अंक के ितशत के आधार पर अ य थय को अित र त वेतनवृि यां दी जा सकती ह।
Stipendiary Trainees (Category-I) - On successful completion of training, the candidates may be
absorbed as Scientific Assistant/B at minimum pay of Rs. 35,400/- in Level-6 of revised pay structure,
(Pay Matrix) under CCS (RP) Rules, 2016. Additional increments may be granted to the candidates
depending upon the percentage of marks obtained during the training.

समावेशन पर, वे िनगम िनयम के अनुसार समय-समय पर यथा देय अ य भ ते जैसे महंगाई भ ता, िशशु िश ण सहायता, कटीन
सि सडी, साइट भ ता, के बल टीवी ितपू त, समाचार प ितपू त, िच क सा सहायता, थल प रवहन भ ता, धुलाई भ ता, आवास,
िव ालय सुिवधा आ द पाने के पा ह गे।
On absorption, they will be eligible for other allowances like Dearness Allowance, Children Education
Assistance, Canteen Subsidy, Site Allowance, Cable TV reimbursement, News Paper Reimbursement,
Medical Assistance, Site Conveyance Allowance, Washing Allowance, Accommodation, School facility
etc. as admissible from time to time as per Corporation Rules.

िजन िश ु को िनधा रत से कम अंक ा त ह गे, उनका समावेशन नह कया जाएगा तथा उ ह िश ण से मु त कर दया
जाएगा। इसके अलावा िश ु का समावेशन, बंधन के िनधारण के अनुसार कं पनी क मैनपावर आव यकता, रि य क
उपल धता, िश ु क उपयु तता, समावेशन के िलए मेिडकल फटनेस के आधार पर होगा। वे एक वष क अविध के िलए
प रवी ा पर ह गे और प रवी ा अविध सफलतापूवक पूण करने पर उ त पद पर उनका थायीकरण कया जाएगा।
Trainees who score less than the prescribed marks will not be absorbed and will be discharged from
training. Absorption of the trainees is further subject to the Company’s requirement of manpower,
availability of vacancies, suitability of trainees, Medical Fitness for absorption as per the assessment of
the management. They will be on probation for a period of one year and shall be confirmed in the post on
successful completion of the probation period.
7. वै ािनक सहायक/बी (िसिवल) : सीसीएस (आरपी) िनयमावली, 2016 के अंतगत संशोिधत वेतन संरचना (पे मे स) के तर -06 म
यूनतम वेतन .35,400/- के साथ िनगम िनयम के अनुसार समय-समय पर यथा देय अ य भ ते जैसे महंगाई भ ता, िशशु िश ण
सहायता, कटीन सि सडी, साइट भ ता, के बल टीवी ितपू त, समाचार प ितपू त, िच क सा सहायता, थल प रवहन भ ता, धुलाई
भ ता, आवास, िव ालय सुिवधा आ द म वै ािनक सहायक/बी के पद पर िनयुि हेतु िवचार कया जाएगा। वे एक वष क अविध के

Scientific Assistant/B (Civil) : To be considered for appointment to the post of Scientific Assistant/B at
minimum pay of Rs. 35,400/- in Level-6 of revised pay structure (Pay Matrix) under CCS (RP) Rules,
