We have incurred many debts of gratitude over the last three months while
preparing for this Drama. First and foremost, we would like to pay our
gratitude to the almighty Allah for helping us .

For the completion of the study we don’t deserve all praise. A lot of people
helped us by providing information about the report. They also provided us
valuable advice and guidance.

For any BBA student course report is an essential part for his educational life.
One can gather a lot of practical knowledge and experience by observing and
doing the work on it. In this regard, our drama has been arranged at the way
of knowing organizational behavior terms.

Then, we would like to thank our F-301, Organizational Behavior course

introducer, Samia Sultana Tani, Associate Professor, Department of Finance.
Her constant presence and words of encouragement inspired us to do our very
best. It’s probably would be impossible to complete this drama without his
guidance and availability.

This drama script is prepared with span of 10 days. Special recognition goes to
all my classmates who give us time to make us understand and clear about
some particular topics.

CHARACTERS:

1. ELON MUSK, he is the owner of the whole space agency, 1 of the main 2 idea
generators (Tasfia).

2. MR. Albert, he is the business head/manager of the agency, the right hand of MUSK,
Comedian (Ashik).

3. Naomi, Lussie and Kelvin, college guys who are very much astronomy and space
enthusiasts. Lussie is a good cook and Kelvin is a good worker who can work as a maid
to look after everyone (Hridi, Farah, Rayhan).

4. Ms. Melinda and Mr. Buffet who are billionaires, will help the finance side (Reetika,
Noyon).

5. Dr. Isaac and Dr. Newton are the two scientist to research and help living there (Tuan,
Fayaz).
 Scene 1
Conversation between Musk and albert:

Musk: Mr. Albert!! Mr. Albert!! (screaming with anger and calling Mr.albert from his
cabin)

Mr. Albert: Ahh there the arrogant boss screaming like a bull again(was relaxing lazily and
says by himself)…sir!Here I am! (goes to musk’s cabin honto donto hoye)

Musk: I have eyes u useless fellow! What about the plan to take off for mars? I want my
dream come true by this month.

Albert: *Not sure if those are eyes or ping pongs*(whispers)

Musk: What?!!

Albert: No sir I was telling that we are almost done. Early this day I met our crazy
Scientist and he was like- the space ship is almost complete. I believe we can
take off by a week or two. But one question, are we just 2 persons going?
Musk: That’s none of your concern, you shut up! Call that mad scientist.

Dr. Isaac: Hey flusk! Called me?

Musk: It’s musk.. you mad. -__- Can we really take off by a week or two?

Dr. Isaac: Yep flusk we can. By max 10 days we’ll be shiuuuuu.

Musk: It’s musk again. Now leave that matter and my room both at once, go! Hey wait, you
two suggest me what we can do else cause just 3 of us going doesn’t sound that cool.

Isaac: Well all I want is an assistant scientist so that we can analyze the land and sky there.
After all we need to extract water oxygen and other living materials there so I need
help. By the way u can also take a cook and maid. Food and rest are my fuel you
know?
(winks)

Albert: This mad guy made sense for the first time ever. One thing I would suggest is let’s
take some random people who are financially not that capable. That would be a
marketing move “mars for the general mass” and for the financial aids, let’s take
some rich people
Musk: Sounds good. But make sure they all are space enthusiasts. It’s really important for
everyone to have a feeling of social identity with our community. They all must think
we are the best, bad are the rest.

Albert: Ok sir, I am publishing the necessary notices from now everywhere.

Scene: 2
Few days later, Naomi, Lussie, Kelvin were returning from college
Naomi: Guys wait! What’s this? (points to a poster in the wall)
Kelvin: Leave it. Maybe some ‘manik bhai er salam nin’ stuffs
Naomi: No man! It’s something else!

Lussie: What? Let me see. Omg. It’s the musk inc. looking for 3 random people for their
mars tour. There has to be a cook and a good caretaker among them and has to be
space enthusiasts
Kelvin: Like us?! Holy moly I’m so excited! I’m even a good care taker yeeee
Lussie: Well I am the only cook in our house right? So what are we waiting for! Let’s go and
meet them.
Naomi: Yae lets go. You and Kelvin be the workers and I be the tourists

Scene: 3
The billionaire friends’ conversation
Ms. Melinda: Mr. Buffet! I’m tired of earning and living this boring life man! What’s the use
of too many wealth if I have no way to enjoy the life? I really feel lost and sad
in this busy world
Mr. Buffet: Leave the world then!
Ms. Melinda: Shut up, Im really sad
Mr. Buffet: Hey I’m serious! Let’s leave earth..let’s go to mars
Ms. Melinda: Am I a joke to u?
Mr. Buffet: Nah bro! I’m absolutely serious. I saw this notice from musk inc. they are taking
off to explore mars and needs fund.
Ms. Melinda: You mean, they have the fun and we have the fund? Sounds good
Mr. Buffet: You are less idiot then then I thought. Ya, you are right! Let’s explore.
Ms. Melinda: Let’s go then, but make sure we have a blast
 Scene: 4
Mr. Albert were interviewing Naomi, Lussie and Kelvin
Albert: Listen you guys, I won’t talk much, all of u one by one tell me why should I take u
Kelvin: sir I’m so passionate about mars. I feel I belong to another planet. I’ve travelled
Jupiter Saturn Venus many times in my dreams. I’ve also watched the movies
‘mars mars hota hain’ and ‘mars e nibi kina bol’ thrice. Please take me sir! I
assure to take good care of u all. see how good I massage your legs!
Albert: stop this bullshit! Next one please..
Naomi: Sir, last night I was watching “Interstellar”. I was too much absorbed in that movie
as I dreamt myself as a character of that movie. While sleeping I was dreaming that
I am going to some other planet and I suddenly I woke up and found myself under
the bed.
Albert: wow! And you?
Lussie: Sir, I make rocket shaped cakes every weekend. I guarantee you would never get a
space oriented cook like me.
Albert: well, although you people are a bit retards and also seem useless, I think you can be
selected
Lussie: Please do select us please.
Albert: Ok then, let’s meet tomorrow, we will have a final planning before we leave
Naomi, Lussie, Kelvin: yeee(high fives with all)
 Scene: 5

Scientist Isaac calls his friend Newton on phone

Isaac: Hey theif! Must be busy stealing others’ researches?
Newton: No man! Jobless for about a year
Isaac: Ikr! Let’s join me to mars. We are going to explore the planet from our organization
and You can be my assistant scientist
Newton: Hey! I’m flattered! Are u sure we’re going? I am so excited! Oh u must be joking
with me.
Isaac: Do agree or I shall take intestine.
Newton: That’s Einstein you madman! But don’t approach him please I beg you. I want to
go badly!
Isaac: Ok then meet in the office for final discussions, ta-ta!
 Scene: 6
The next morning
Musk: What’s the update guys? (To Dr. Isaac and Mr. Albert)
Albert: Well, here they are and by now you know about them, all set to go.
Dr. Isaac: Yes we have formed a great group now let’s take off within a week!
Kelvin: Before we take off, I want to say a few words, I know a group has been formed but
We need a group leader for smooth functioning
Naomi: I was thinking the same. Let’s have a group leader
Mr. Buffet: Well what’s the issue here...I will be your leader...I have billions worth wealth
Ms Melinda: Excuse me? I’m wealthier than you and the doctor hasn’t resisted me from being
a leader.
Dr. Newton: Well a scientist leader would not be that bad!
Lussie: What about a student leader? We rule the earth.
Albert: Are u all mad? How can u think of being the leader! I am the one bringing u all here!
(Everybody makes argument with each other)
Musk: Stop it guys! I said stop! This is my project! Mine!! How dare you think of becoming?
the leader!
Dr. Newton: What I say is, let’s keep all our conflicts or storming- whatever you say aside and
accept Mr. Musk as the leader, he deserves it.
Musk: So being the leader I’m having some final words. We as a group will tour the planet
Mars. There we will explore as much as possible and everyone shall work what they
are assigned to. Keep the group norms in your heads
Albert: And thus we now have the norming done. Now time to perform! Lussie! start arranging
the food materials and u scientists! Make the arrangements to take off.

Scene 7
 Scene : 7
(1week later, after the space ship reached Mars)
Lussie: Finally we are here yoo... I can’t believe I’m breathing in another planet
Naomi: Me neither. I feel like flying, the gravity must be low here
Musk: Finally! My long term dream comes true. Musk in the mars!!
Newton: Ok guys, let’s now do our works, Kelvin! You prepare the tent to live in and Lussie!You
bring in all the ingredients from the ship and start your cooking job
Mr. Buffet: And rest of us let’s bring our own bag packs into the room and unpack!
(Everyone unpacked their stuff, then Naomi had gun, Lussie had cigarette, Ms
Melinda wanted bed since she is a billionaire)
Albert: Hey what are these?!
Naomi: It’s a gun, I’ll hunt an alien if I see
Albert: And what’s this Lussie?
Lussie: Lussie and cigarette is a better love story than twilight u know?!
Albert: No! These will not work... we are not here to hunt or smoke. We have standard norms
for the group and that is to explore the place for good and see if further life is possible.
Throw your dirty materials in the ship right now!
(when they went to throw the stuff, Naomi, Lussie was mumbling as if they were
annoyed with Albert)
Ms Melinda: Hey Kelvin! Do bring my bed from the ship. I can’t sleep in the floor, it doesn’t go
with my status
Kelvin: Eat your status, I ain’t gonna do anything like that. We all have decided to sleep in
the floor and that’s a group decision. You can’t influence our decision with your so
called status.
Mr. Buffet: How dare u talk to him like that? I even dare to throw u both out from here….Wanna
See? (Being afraid, they went away)
 Scene8
(Everybody sit for dinner at night, Lussie served the food, Kelvin did the other stuff)
Naomi: umm! Kub tes!
Musk: Give me more chicken than anyone, fast.
Mr. Buffet: We are the rich people, give us more
Dr. Isaac: Is ‘more chicken” haram for the rest of us?
Albert: Keep quiet mad man!
Dr. Isaac: No I won’t..While we are in this issue, let me clear. You people are rich and the
leader thus you want to influence the group functioning in many ways. That’s not how
a group works. Your status is conflicting with the norms and effectiveness of the
group
Lussie: I think sir is right. We have thought ourselves as equals so that no one gets to influence
in any group decision
Naomi: But Kelvin and Lussie why aren’t you people sit and eat with us?
Lussie: No actually I cannot eat before my master’s finish. That’s an ideology we the chef
community follow
Kelvin: Neither can I eat. It’s a culture in our country to not eat before the owners and just
making sure of their comfort.
Mr. Buffet: Hey! We know every one in the group has some diversified cultures and attitudes and
we respect that. But here u two have to adjust ur diversities to the group behavior or
else see! The greedy ones will eat everything and u’ll stay hungry(points to
musk,Albert,Melinda) understand this,you two are important for the group too
Naomi: More importantly, it seems you two have got yourselves into your respective roles so
seriously that its making u forget u guys are normal people like us. You also need
proper food and rest. So don’t be that serious and grab your plates! Come!
 Scene :9
The next evening
Dr. Newton: Dude! You look so sad! What happened pal?
Dr. Isaac: You know what? Everyone knows me as a mad man obsessed with research and
experiments. And I’m here to do these thing actually.
Newton: yeah! That feeling of yours are ur role perception and expectations. Its so general.
What’s the issue here?
Isaac: You know I have a cute little angel, my 5yrs old daughter back in home. I’m missing
my fatherly love and affection towards her badly
Newton: My friend! Don’t be sad. I know u are in role conflict. You cannot play the role of a
scientist here and a father down there at the same time. All you can do is control your
emotions for the next 3days.

Scene 10
 Scene :10
2days later (Everybody saw at the sky)
Lussie: sir! Look! What’s that?
Ms Melinda:idk. Do you?(to Kelvin)
Kelvin: Do I look like a scientist to you? -_-
Ms. Melinda: Isaac! Newton! Come here fast! What’s that?
Newton: Omg that seems something dangerous. Let us examine
(Isaac, Newton saw through the and became afraid)
Lussie: What’s the matter? Why do u look frightened?
Isaac: the little thing u see that’s an asteroid coming in this direction very fast. It’s very
likely to hit us
Naomi: What, you must be kidding! I cannot die, I’m not married yet!
Musk: Don’t panic guys! We need to find a solution and save us
Kelvin: Lets expose them alone here (Musk,Melinda,Buffet). I heard asteroids hit arrogant
people (they were angry and annoyed) then,
Naomi: This is not funny! Isaac, Newton! What can we do now?
Newton: It’s pretty tough to have an individual decision at this point
Isaac: He means we need to make a decision all together as a group
Kelvin: Ok let’s make a group decision then. Here you go, a paper for each and write ur
idea in
this. The process will be free from any influence.
Ms. Melinda: Ufff…. we don’t have that time! Better lets brainstorm (Blah,blah,,blah, then)
Musk: Ok, so the decision is our scientists will try and make a solid shelter for us that can
save us from the attack
Lussie: Well I don’t think the plan will work if only they perform. We all need to help in
making the shield.

Mr. Buffet: Lussie is right. We all need to work. Not just work but we have to believe in each
other. The shield is too hard to make within this short time. But if we can work with
cohesion and efficiency I’m sure we will achieve the most effective shield and return
alive (everyone shouts yes!).

(Asteroid hit Mars and some how we are all alive. Everybody wanted to touch each other
Alhamdulillah we are alive, But at that time Dr. Newton was missing, he had fallen into a hole)
Albert: I feel something missing. Where’s Dr. Newton?!
(Lussie told everyone about him)
Lussie: Guys!! Dr. Newton has fallen inside the big hole made by the asteroid strike! He’s
crying hard and its too hot there. If we don’t save him now he’ll be gone by 30mins
Musk: Listen guys. This is the last and the most useful time to show our cohesiveness and
save our frond’s life. Let’s show the space that we as a group can achieve every
difficulties
with ease!
(Everybody tried to help Newton, then Newton said emotionally)
Newton: Thanks guys I’m alive. Hadn’t you people helped me I would be nowhere. The hole
was so hot and dangerous. It was almost impossible to fight here individually. I truly
understand the importance of a group and proudly say “together as a group we rule
the universe!”
 Ending:
Musk: Are you thinking what I’m thinking?
Albert: Yeah… let’s do it...

(Finally after a week of touring in mars,
the group safely returns back to the earth and adjourns the group)
