Job Description

Team member 1: (Collection executive):

Invoice compilation and completion of documentation as per the list provided from
billing.
Reconcile missing invoices from point 1 above with the billing team (we must decide if
this position will follow up with operations too or not).
Rejected/returned invoices clearance and follow up.
Updating billing address and contact information on the system
Filing of invoice receiving copies.

Team member 2 (Collection executive):

Statement of account preparation and email to customer then follow up until a

confirmation is received from customers agreeing on the SOA balance.
Raising a flag and escalating any billing issues received from customers
Updating accounts on the system when payments are received
Filing payment receipts
Updating collection report (daily)

Qualifications

Graduate

Additional Information

Functional & Behavioral Competencies Required:

Any accounting software knowledge

Effective English Communication skills in all forms: written, oral, and listening
Attention to detail
Strong analytical conflict resolution and problem solving skills
Time management skills
Basic Excel Skills is must
