Sub :- Construction of Hall on first floor at Hotel Piccadily, Raipur (C.G.)

Ref :- Your letter no. 36/N.P.N/ Zone-8/2019 dated 03.06.2019

R/Sir,

With reference to your letter, we would like to state as under in regard to the partial construction
carried out on first floor of Hotel Piccadily, Raipur (C.G.) –

1. We have constructed a hall on first floor admeasuring 282.41 sqmt. without obtaining building
permission for the same.
2. We had obtained NOC from Joint Director, Town & Country Planning Raipur vide letter no.
4441/T&CP/PL-86/18/2019 dated 13.02.2019.
3. In the light of your notice under Dhara 235 (i) (ii) & 302, we had dismantled our unauthorized
new construction of first floor and copy of photographs during removal of the structure are
enclosed herewith for reference.

Further, we request you to kindly consider this matter for necessary action as we have removed the
part which was built without obtaining building permission of Municipal Corporation Raipur.
