Dear Dr. Lope and Atty. Concepcion,

Warm greetings!

Unang Hirit is GMA7’s flagship morning show that presents news, information and
entertainment to jumpstart every Filipino’s day every Monday to Friday between 4:55am-
8:00am.

This December, Unang Hirit will celebrate its 20th anniversary marking its place as the longest
running morning program in the Philippines. We have prepared special segments and offerings
for our loyal audience as a way of giving back to two decades of Serbisyong Totoo.

In line with this, we are respectfully asking permission from your office to allow Unang Hirit to
conduct a shoot for our promotional materials on November 8, 2019 (Friday) from 6:00 AM
until 10:00 AM. We are particularly eyeing the UP Amphitheater as location for our shoot.

Our team will be composed of all of our hosts (15 hosts including Atty. Gaby Concepcion),
cameramen (8), and production staff (15) and will start our set up by 6:00 am. We will also
bring the following:

 1 genet truck for our power supply

 1 drone for our aerial shot, 2 C300 cameras, 1 glide camera
 1 long table for boodle set up with food display
 50 uniformed personnel (MMDA officers, firemen, teachers, etc.) as our guests
