The idea is to inut the names of the guests and record what drinks are being consumed against
which company, either SK Heating or Protrack Solutions.

We want to put the price in of the drinks each (Example cans £4.00 /Soft drinks £1.00 / wine £15
bottle, Spirits £30.00 bottle

We can then see how much each person has spent and also see how much was spent on SK Bill and
the Protrack Bill.

Ideally can this be made so that at the end of the day we simply click a button and it will email to 2 x
email addresses for accounts at Protrack and accounts at SK?

This can be excel, word, csv pretty much anything to sit on a tablet that we can forward.

Additionally – I have submitted another request on this site for adding a sweepstake number for
each rugby game to guess the amount of points scored in the game in total. IE Gloucester 27
Newport 15 total scored points would be 42 so the person who guessed closest to 42 would win.

The issue is that we want them to add their score and then hide it so that the next person cannot
see this as some people will go just one point above or below

We want to be able to view this only when everyone has added a score or when we request to see it.

Can this be done also in the same platform as above by adding an additional field which can be
hidden by the click of a button once the number is entered but then viewed at the end of the game?
