Ingredients:
Mutton 1 kg
Rice 750 gm
Turmeric 1 tsp
Green chilies 5
Onion 2 cups
Yogurt 2 cups
Salt to taste

2. Then soak rice in water for 30 minutes and boil in salted water.
3. Mix papaya paste, all spice powder, red chili powder, turmeric, papaya paste, ginger garlic paste,
lemon juice, green chilies, yogurt, half brown onion and salt in bowl and mix it nicely.
8. When mutton tender, put coriander leaves, mint leaves, boiled rice, remaining brown onion and
yellow food color, mix it and dum it for 15-20 minutes.
9. Then take out in dish and serve with salad and raita.
