 INSTRUTIONS for filling-up Registration Form

 All columns mentioned in the registration form are mandatory.

 The registration form has to be filled up by AAO BSO with signature and office seal.

 The scanned copy of duly completed registration form is to be created (in .pdf format)
and sent to generalquery-pcdaopune@nic.in with subject as “AAO BSO New
Registration” through AAO BSO’s authorized e-mail account.

 User name and password will be intimated to AAO BSO on same e-mail account
through which the soft copy of the registration form has been received.

 After allotment of user name and password only, the AAO BSO can log-in and start
using Project Bhawan file upload utility of PCDA(O) website.
