N O T I C E for MOP UP COUNSELLING
The list of qualified candidates of NEET-PG 2019 and NEET-MDS 2019 which has been provided
by National Board of Examination (NBE) / Health Department, Govt. of Bihar for admission to first year
of the Post Graduate Degree / Diploma courses in Govt. / Private Medical / Dental colleges of Bihar
State is already uploaded on Board's website (bceceboard.bihar.gov.in).
Online applications on prescribed form are invited from NEET-PG 2019 & NEET-MDS 2019
qualified interested candidates from 03.05.2019 to 05.05.2019 (11.59 P.M.) on the basis of the above
mentioned list for appearing in the Mop Up round of Post Graduate Medical Admission Counselling
(PGMAC)-2019 in order to select candidates for admission against vacant state quota seats in the
FIRST YEAR of the following Post Graduate Degree Courses;
(i) MD / MS / PG Diploma (PGD) Courses in Govt. Medical Colleges eg. Patna Medical College,
Patna , Darbhanga Medical College, Darbhanga , Nalanda Medical College, Patna , A.N.M.
Medical College, Gaya, J.L.N.M.C., Bhagalpur, S.K.M.C., Muzaffarpur and IGIMS Medical
College, Patna for the session 2019.
(ii) MD / MS / PG Degree Courses in Private Medical Colleges eg. K.M.C., Katihar, Narayan
Medical College & Hospital, Sasaram, M.G.M.M.C., Kishanganj for the session 2019.
(iii) MDS Course in Govt. Dental College eg. Patna Dental College, Patna and Private Dental
Colleges eg. Mithila Minority Dental College & Hospital, Darbhanga, Buddha Institute of
Dental Science & Hospital, Kankarbagh, Patna for the session 2019.
The available vacant seat (State Quota seat) position will be uploaded on the
Board's website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in on the day of start of counselling.
2.(a) Eligibility criteria for counselling, Fee payment procedure, instructions and other details are available
in the prospectus of PGMAC-2019 and the related Advertisement No. BCECEB(PGMAC)-2019/01
& 2019/02 Dated 30.03.2019 which can be downloaded from the Board's website
bceceboard.bihar.gov.in .
2.(b) Those candidates who have already duly submitted complete online application form in response
to Advertisement no. BCECEB(PGMAC)-2019/01, 2019/02 Dated : 30.03.2019 , 2019/03 Dated :
03.04.2019 and 2019/05 Dated 11.04.2019 respectively and whose name and PGMAC-ID is already
included in the merit list published on 27.04.2019 on BCECEB website and counselling programme
published vide Adv. no. BCECEB(PGMAC)-2019/07 Dated : 24.04.2019 need not apply again.
Fresh merit list for Mop Up counselling will be published on 06.05.2019.
3. All terms and condition will remain same as in Advertisement No. BCECEB(PGMAC)-2019/01,
2019/02 Dated : 30.03.2019 and 2019/09 Dated : 02.05.2019.
