Presentation:

My name is Diana Stefan and I have 22 years old. I am a marketing student at the University of
Economic Studies. I am a calm, serious, communicative and dynamic person. In my free time a
like to read, to watch movies and to travel. I also volunteered at Rotaract. We organized events to
raise funds for children in need of financial assistance.

My hobby:

My hobby is to travel. During my free time I like to travel with my boyfriend and my friends and
to discover new places, new people, foods and cultures. One of my favorite destination is
Turkey. I love Turkish music and food. I also really like photography. Usually when i travel i
like to go out in nature and photograpf all the landscape.

A situation in which you were put in difficulty and how you solved it:

A difficult situation was when I started the internship at BCR. A colleague from my department
left to work for another bank and his tasks had to be solved by me. When I started the internship
I didn’t have the necessary knowledge to take over my colleague’s activity, but after a few days I
learned to work in the selpack application and to prepare the offers of benefits packages that
accompanied the bank’s clients cards. During the internship, the people from department came to
me to help them with any question related to the mentioned application and I managed to act
successfully as a selpack expert in order to support my colleagues to fit all the department
targets.

Why do you think you are fit for this job:

I think I fit for this job because I am a serious and communicative person, I learn quickly, I like
to work in a team and help my colleagues.

How do you see yourself in 5 years:

I’m someone who likes stability. My goal is to find a job that I can hold long term and where I
can learn as many things as possible and that help me to develop myself professionally and
personally. Also will have more knowledge in the economic field.

What is your greatest weakness?

I can say that a weakness of is that in sometimes I am too serious. I know I try to relax a little bit
but I try solve my tasks quickly.

Why do you want this job?

I want this job because i have studied accounting and finance at the university and i want to learn
more about this areas. So i believe that Genpact is a great place where i can develop.
