Change Management is nothing but the process which monitors and manage the

people in the project and achieve the required outcome from the project. Change can be a time

loss or disruption of work or threats which may change the schedule of the project. Change

management can originate from externa sources like technological advances, Social and

economic pressures. Irrespective of the way change originates, Change management helps for a

planned and structured approach. Change management ensures the employees capacity to adapt

and work effectively in the new environment.

Factors which help for Successful Change management

 Planning: Planning helps in developing and documenting the objectives achieved by the

change in the project

 Governance: Governance establishes the roles and responsibilities of every employee for

the change that helps the stakeholders to support the change

 Leadership: It helps for the organizational behavior as the employee have to adapt to new

environment so leadership helps to guide the people in a right way.

 Informing Stakeholders: Informing stakeholders about the change and should encourage

their participation and commitment to the new changes and should create awareness

about the changes happened in the organization.

These are the factors which may help in the change management for any organization.
