As Project OSP (Out Side Plant) Engineer/ Manager, Network and System administration, I bring around
20+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Project Management, Network and System administration
and Operations & Maintenance and OSP Design . I have the drive to develop business relationships,
generate profits and create winning business strategies.

Currently pursuing MBA in operations (II Sem) & project management and PMP Certifications

Currently I am working at Jyoti Structures Africa (Pty) Ltd., in Johannesburg, South Africa, handling almost
all the departments, Site management, commercial and relationship with local vendors, IT, administration,
dealing with the client, I have been the prime contact with the client and various government entities,
tendering process with request for quote, preparing BOQ's, commercial and SHEQ returnable.

Before my South Africa stint, I have been in the business of Fiber Optic / Copper Telecom (OSP) Projects
for 10 years in different countries in Africa, during this tenure, I was involved in establishing and installing
optical fiber / copper networks, spanning a total length of +4000 km of fiber and +900 km of copper. My
exposure to transmission and substations could be beneficial in targeting business besides the optical fiber
network .

I am proficient at identifying organizational needs, have the desire to build business relationships and
possess the ability to lead others. I excel at motivating groups, establishing project missions, developing
strategic plans to win new business and adjusting to market conditions to develop mutually respectful and
trust relationships with clients.
