NOTICE OF FINAL GRADES FOR SPRING MAIN GRADUATE CLASSES

MyUC is now open to enter final grades for all students enrolled in spring MAIN
graduate classes. Final grades must be entered no later than midnight Friday, April
27th. Final grades for all classes are due within 24 hours after the final. The last day
of the spring MAIN graduate term is Thursday, April 26th.
If you have students who are listed on your class list who have stopped attending class or
have never attended a class and do not have a final grade of “W” already posted, you
should assign a grade of “F”.
To enter grades, you should sign onto MyUC, then Self-Service Home.

1. Click on the ‘Classes’ tab.

2. Click on the ‘Grading’ tab.

3. Click on the ‘Overall Grades’ tab.

4. Click on year 2018.

5. Choose a class for which you want to enter grades.

6. Under the Final grades, use the drop down box under My Grade to enter grades
for each student.

7. At the bottom of the screen, click ‘Submit Final’.

Undergraduate Courses: Only grades of A, B, C, D, or F should be entered for

students.
Graduate Courses: Only grades of A, B, C, or F should be entered for students. (No
other letter grades should be assigned to a graduate class.)
To assign an Incomplete grade (I), you must complete a Request for an Incomplete Grade
form. A grade of “Incomplete” (I) is assigned only in instances where a unit of work is
not completed because of verifiable, extenuating circumstances such as illness, accident,
death in the immediate family, etc. The Incomplete Grade form is located under the
employee tab in MyUC, or you may contact the Office of the Vice President for
Academic Affairs.
Submit all “Undergraduate” Incomplete Contracts to Dr. Tom

Please Note:
Payroll for your online course(s) will not be released until all your final grades are posted.
