The National Commission on Cultural Arts of the Philippines recently held its 7th
Diwang Sagisag Kultura Competition Regional Finals (September 3-4, 2019) in
Polonuling, Tupi, South Cotabato. Unswervingly, Joana James—a Grade 8 student of
Kibac School from Sitio Salimama, Datal Anggas won as Champion in Laro ng Lahi. He
defeated his opponents in different divisions of Region 12.

Because of his victory, he will be representing the entire Region 12 for the Visual
Arts Painting Competition National Level this upcoming September 21-24, 2019 at
Manila

In line with this, we are knocking your heart to please give any amount you
desire. The money will be used for our travel expenses.

We would appreciate wholeheartedly your help. We promised solemnly that we

will do our best to bring home the bacon. Indeed, you will be the way for us to fulfill our
dream so that we could show to the entire Philippines how good Sarangans are!
