MAYONNAISE

Thin Version

1 quart non-fat plain yogurt


½ cup mayonnaise
Salt & pepper

Mix together – Refrigerate

Thick Version

Take strainer and put in paper coffee filter and place over a jar or bowl.

1 quart non-fat plain yogurt – put ½ of the yogurt in strainer and cover with paper towel
and refrigerate overnight. This will be thick.
Mix with ½ cup mayonnaise.
Salt & Pepper

LOW FAT RANCH DRESSING

1 Quart non-fat plain yogurt


Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
½ Cup Mayonnaise
Black Pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder

Mix Well
