general specifications
General specifications:
1) P.C.C. in foundation: P.C.C (1:4:8) using crushed or broken stones
2) Damp proof coarse: 1 ½”thick PCC (1:2:4) + 2 coats of hot bitumen
3) Brick work in foundation and plinth: First class bricks in (1:6) cements sand mortar
4) Brick work in super structure: First class bricks in (1:4) cement sand mortar
5) Plastering: ½” thick (1:3) cement sand plaster to both sides of wall
6) Finishes: Three coats of white wash to both sides of wall.
