Information Technology Solutions (Software Development) for Start-Ups. Be a partner or a


supplier for Startups and provide them support in the design, creation and deployment of own
software platforms and consulting for third party software tools acquisitions. Understanding
the Start Ups business, a support on Information Technology and Operations Technology will
be the core of our business. Through sharing knowledge (eg. Interactive eLearning), research
and acquiring expertise in emerging technologies (IoT, AI, Machine learning, Business
Intelligence and Big Data), advice and guide Start-Ups the consideration and incorporation of
emerging technologies in the design and development of their products from the outset.
Bonus: Supporting enterprise digitalization through processes automation, applying state of the
art technologies and providing interactive eLearning in emerging technologies (IoT, AI,
Machine learning, Business Intelligence and Big Data)

Sustainable, Flexible and Scalable using STEM Model, considering and incorporating
emerging technologies (IoT, AI, Machine learning, Business Intelligence, and Big Data).

Supporting Start-Ups digitalization through processes automation, applying state of the


art technologies and providing interactive eLearning in emerging technologies.

Bringing the opportunity to generate long-term relationships to Start-Ups, with all


advantages that it implies.

4. What is the need that this venture/project/team is addressing? (50 words or less)*

Start-ups face many technology challenges. Start-ups need the incorporation of technology in
their product development process preventing cost of delay, coming first and gaining market
from the outset. They need to be competitive and automation of their processes is key to gain
efficiency and/or to reduce cost.

5. How are you working to solve that need? (50 words or less)*
With collaboration of our development team outside US, we are piloting our idea of support
Start-Ups from the starting point in technological areas and processes automation, allowing
them to focus on their core business while we manage all topics related to Information
Technology and Operation Technology systems, establishing win-win relationships.

de forma ágil y escalable. Las startup necesitan delegar aspectos técnicos para dar mayor valor
agregado a sus ideas, ponen mayor foco en conseguir su objetivo.

Our target are Start-Ups that need guidance and support in the incorporation and
implementation of technology systems from planning, design through delivery and release
to the market of products and/or services, that create value for customers and have higher
impact taking advantage of all benefits that brings technology systems.

7. What are people already doing to address this need? What competition exists? (50 words or
less)*

Nowadays the start- ups and companies are using freelance services for instance up-work and
Fiverr. Also are a lot of software development companies in the market however their focus
is on already stablished companies not Start-Ups; so, some competition detected in the market
(Think Latitude & IQVIS).
Las startups planifican dentro de su plan de gastos, asesorías que les permitan capacitarse e
implementar las herramientas tecnológicas que mejor se adecuen a su proyecto. Sin embargo
las asesorías son específicas y es difícil encontrar soporte que tenga visión completa E2E del
negocio.

complete required assignments, meet with mentors, and practice fundamental entrepreneurial
skills outside of the classroom. Describe your level of commitment to this process and how it

Our team is excited and fully committed to the process, especially knowing that attending the
classroom sessions and doing all the required assignments will help us gain insights on
different skills and tools needed for start the implementation of our project as a Team.

Acquiring knowledge, learning the process of innovation, experiencing being an


Entrepreneur, working as a team, receiving valuable feedback from mentors, interacting,
having conversations and learning from experiences from others teams and cohort members.
It will help us to structure better our idea, and see its commercial potential exploring
industries and interviewing potential customers.
9. In what areas does your team need the most support or improvement? (100 words or less)*

Furthermore, our goal is to learn as much as possible about ways and means including
methodologies, frameworks and best practices to explore markets and to target segments of
interests, thus maximizing positive outcomes of this project.
Our team needs the most support in learning about marketing strategies and tools that can
help us to identify the right targets and means to promote our work.
