Advent CALender - Day 3 Ice Skate

Materials
• Yarn and Colors Must-Have Cream (2), Anthracite (99) &
Shark Grey (96)
• Phildar Phil Nuage Flocon (1)
• Crochet hook no. 2,5mm
• Little bit of stuffing

Crochet Pattern Ice Skate


Round 1: Ch. 11 with Yarn and Colors Anthracite. You’re going to
work around the foundation chain. Sc. 2 in the 1st ch. Sc. 8, sc. 4
in the last ch. Continue on the other side of the chain. Sc. 8, sc. 2 in the last ch. (24 sts.)
Rounds 2 & 3: Change colour to Yarn and Colors Cream. Sc. 24v (24 sts.)
Round 4: Sc. the 12th and 13th and the 14th and 15th st. tog. (22 sts.)
Round 5: Sc. the 12th and 13th st. tog. (21 sts.)
Round 6: Sc. 8, skip 7 sts. and sc. 6 until the end of the round. You’ll get a small round of 14 sts. (14
sts.)
Rounds 7 - 10: Sc. 14 (14 sts.)
Round 11: Change to Phildar Phil Nuage. Work in the front loops of the sts. such that you’ll get single
loops on the inside of your work. Sc. 14. Cast off and weave in the ends.

Close the front of the skate by sewing some small stitches with Yarn and Colors Cream. Stuff the ice
skate a little bit and close the top with some small stitches on the inside loops of round 11. Sew with
Yarn and Colors Anthracite a shoelace in the skate and tie a knot in the ends.

Ch. 13 with Yarn and Colors Shark Grey.


Round 1:
Sc. 11 on the foundation chain. Sc. 2 in the last ch. and continue on the other side of the foundation
chain. Sl.st. 4, ch. 2, sl.st. 1 back and sl.st. 1 where you started the ch. Sl.st. 3, ch. Sl.st. 1 back and
sl.st 1 where you started the ch. Sl.st. until the end of the round. Cast off and weave in the ends.
Attach the blade on the bottom of the ice skate with a few small stitches.
