Greetings!

Thank you for leasing a space at CityMall xxx. Please see attached Design and Construction
Guidelines for your reference. As a requirement, kindly submit for evaluation a complete set of
signed and sealed plans; ten (10) sets of the following:

1. Architectural (plans, elevations, sections, signage, shopfront perspective)

2. Structural drawings, details (as applicable)
3. Electrical drawings, specs (riser diagram, load schedule, power and lighting layout, etc.)
4. Mechanical Drawings (aircon, exhaust and fresh air system)
5. Fire Protection and Sprinkler System
6. Fire Detection and Alarm System
7. CCTV Layout
8. Sanitary/ Plumbing Plans (as applicable)
9. Interior design drawings
10. and other drawings, details, as required.

You may also submit through email an advance copy of plans (JPG or PDF format) for review.
