Introduction:
In the era of technology everything is available at the ease of a single
touch
through small gadgets that we carry all the time connected to a network This project
proposes to develop a web based application in Bookstore.An online book store is a
virtual store on the Internet where customers can browse the catalog and select books
of interest. Customers can purchase or get all books without having to visit the
bookstore.

Description:
The management of the bookstore grows to become much more complex
everyday,it becomes a rather difficult task to manage the billing and controlling the
customer flow ,this results in vast decrease in the rate of customers at the bookstore.
To overcome this problem, the solution is to come up with a computerized
system to manage everything efficiently and produce reports to the manager of the
shop.

Scope:
The System will include:
1. User Module:
 Search for desired book
 Browse by category
 Search for book based on title
 Get details about any book searched online
 Register before purchase

2. Admin Module:
 Search for books
 Browse by category
 Insert new book
 Delete a Book
 View customer ‘s purchase requests and notify about it
System To Be:
The goal of the project is to develop a system that helps improve
the functionalities and management in the Bookstore, moreover it is convenient for the
customer as they can purchase books online without wasting their time.
