Sir,
In connection with the above prayer, I, Dr. Chiradeep Hazra Choudhury,
Veterinary Officer, BAHC, Harischandrapur-II, Malda, would like to state that I
am completing 05 years in the year 2017 as Veterinary Officer, BAHC, HCpur-
II, Malda and will complete 23 (twenty three) years of continuous service in
ARD Deptt. Since 24.09.1994, the actual date of joining in Govt. Service.
Accordingly, in due course, I am praying for transfer as VO/BLDO at a
place nearer to Burdwan Municipal area in the circumstances stated below.
My mother along with my wife and children stay alone in Burdwan and
mother is malaise by many illness(s). Not a single male member is there to look
after. So, I am required at her side to look after. Further to state that my
daughter will appear for 12th standard Board Level Exam. in the year 2017.
Under the aforementioned compelling circumstance, I am in urgent need of
transfer either as VO or BLDO at a place nearest to Burdwan Municipality area.
Accordingly, my particulars of service and statement of posting is given
below :
