Cut Off Date for December 2019 Payroll

Dear Trooper,

In regards with the 2019 Christmas holiday and nearing the end of 2019, we hereby
inform you that the cut-off date for the payroll period, which usually ends on the
15th of each month, will be moved to December 10, 2019 with the following
instructions:

1. The December 2019 payroll will be paid in full.

2. For new employees who joined after 10 December 2019, attendance
from 11 to 15 December 2019 will be paid in the January 2020 payroll.
3. Deduction from attendance / absence penalty such as Late Time In, No
Sign In / Out, Unpaid Leave and Alpa from 11 to 15 December 2019 will
be calculated into the January 2019 payroll.
4. Any Sunfish requests until December 10, 2019 must be submitted and
approved or rejected no later than December 15, 2019.
5. Sunfish will lock all requests pending from November 16, 2019 to
December 10, 2019 on December 16, 2019.
