EVENT CONTRACT BILLING

This Contract is signed between Mr.and Mrs. Cariz Delavin and Allana Marie Event
Services

 Terms and Condition:

Anghel Juan Event Management Services will provide full professional services and
the necessary supplier for Kisses 18th Birthday Debut on April 15,2020 Monday at 3:00
p.m to 11:00pm at Riceland Hotel and Restaurant.

The total amount to be deposited is 1,163,800.00 for the services being rendered by
the Allana Marie Management Services including the 10% of Contingency Fund and
15% Professional Fee. In case that the number of guest exceed to the target number,
the management will impose another charge on the actual date.

The contingency fund is refundable.

The amount will be paid for two gifts. The client agreed to deposit the 50% partial
payment with an amount of Php 581,900 not later than on January 15 ,2020 and the
last payment will be on April 15,2020.
