 Installation Procedure for NOW File Uploader
 Go to Extranet FTP server (IP - 121.241.2.20)
 Enter your username and password as provided by exchange
 Go to Extranet
o For CM Segment: /Common/NOW/Set up
o For FO Segment: faoftp/faocommon/NOW/Set up
o For CDS Segment: /CDSCOMMON/NOW/Set up

 Download ‘NOW File Uploader.zip’ file to your desktop & extract the same.
 Double click on ‘Now_uploader_setup_1.47.0.0.exe’ to install the application.

 Click on ‘next’ button.

 Enter user name & company name.

 Click on ‘next’ button.

  Select ‘Complete’ button.

 Click on ‘next’ button

 Click on ‘Install’ button.

  Click on ‘Finish’ button.

Installing on earlier File Uploader setup

 Open ‘1.47.0.0’ folder and double click on ‘Now_uploader_setup_1.47.0.0.exe’ to install

the application.

 Select ‘Repair’ option.

 Click on ‘Next’ button.

 Download files to desktop from FTP server for following segments:

 Unzip ‘.gz’ files & copy the same along with other security/contract files to ‘C:\Program
Files\Now_File_uploader’.
 Rename “CCRSett_prce_DDMMYYYY.csv” to “CCRSett_prce.csv”
 Rename “EQD_CODDMMYY.csv” BFO contract file to “BFO_Contract.csv”
 Rename “BFX_CODDMMYY.csv” BCD contract file to “bsecd_contract.csv”
 Rename “BCX_CODDMMYY.csv” BCD contract file to “BCX_CO_Contract.csv”
 Rename “MSEIScrips.bcp” MSE currency contract file to “MCXSXScrips.bcp”
 Download the above latest files from FTP on weekly/monthly basis or as and when any
modification (addition or deletion) to the security / contract file takes place.
 Double click on ‘NOW_File_Uploader’ icon on desktop.
 Select BHARTI_ISP / TATA_ISP / VSAT *

Check “Set as Default” box and click on Start NOW button

 Go to ‘Menu – Start Server

 Enter Admin User Name & password and press enter.

Before clicking on NOW_File_Uploader’ icon on desktop, VSAT Users are requested to
run “Uploader Configurator.exe” installable present in NOW_File_Uploader folder.
Configure Host Name & Domain Name and click on Save button.

 Tick the boxes for following segments to upload position or holding files:

 Before uploading the files check the status of connection i.e. ‘connected’ in the status
bar.

  Click on ‘Browse’ button to select the desired file from your system.
 Click on ‘Validate’ button to check the format or file structure. Click on ‘Upload’ button to
upload the file.
 In case of validation failure, check ‘Validation Failed’ tab for the reason.
 In case of data not reflecting in NOW.exe, check ‘Updation Failure’ tab.

Error while opening File uploader:

 Check whether file uploaded is connected or dis-connected at the bottom of the screen
in status bar.
 Check whether error is due to dotnet framework, if yes download the same from link
provided & install the same in your PC

 Check whether error is due to mscoree.dll file, if yes then copy ‘mscoree.dll’ kept in
‘NOW File Uploader.zip’ and paste to C:\WINDOWS\system32.
