We formally invite Mr. Maskur Zaenuri, designation Director, for one week visit us at Units 7 8
10 Foundry Lane, Fishponds, Bristol, BS5 7UZ, UK. He will be arriving on 22nd – 27th October
2019.

We are planning a business trip to our current office and warehouse at the above address to
further extend our business relationship of importing Teak garden furniture.

We aim to conduct this business trip to establish distribution exclusivity for Aulia Jati Indofurni
in the UK.

Day one and two will be meeting at our office and warehouse to discuss business to date and
proposals for us to become sole exclusive distributors for 2020. Also to discuss the further
product range that we require for 2020 for our wholesale purposes.

Day three and four we will travel to the other factory unit to view the unit that we have secured
and the storage facilities there.

Day five will be closing meeting with our logistics team to give Aulia Jati Indofurni the
confidence that we can handle full distribution of the containers brought into the UK. We will
then conclude on negotiations for the sole distribution exclusivity.

All accommodation expenses for Mr. Maskur Zaenuri (airfare, hotel, etc.) will be borne by us
