Review of Indonesia Education System

As one of the important and basic foundation to build thede’s characteristics of a country,
school is an important foundation which it is used as a location where the Nation Builders of
Indonesia gather and educate for better nation future including their own future. They are the hope
of our nation which would bring our country to compete with other nation in global domain and
prosperity for they are the future of our country leader.
Unfortunately, our education system in Indonesia have some strings that will impact our
education quality. Those are limited access to education, quantity of teacher doesn’t spread out
properly, less of professionalism and quality of our teachers teaching. The limited access to
Indonesia education are very crucial especially those who lives in isolated region, they have to
move to the city for getting better education which will impact to increase the urbanization.
My opinion about these issues that impact on our Indonesia Education Quality that the
government or those who have authorization over the education system shall manage the spreading
of teachers more effectively and efficiently. They can cooperate with the local government to
distribute teachers and education tools on all the regions which have less teacher and education
tools so the number on each region will be even which would affect the education quality too. In
increasing teacher quality the government can give scholarship to the teacher to increase their
education. There are still many teachers in Indonesia School doesn’t reach requirement to sign up
as teacher. One of the requirement that many haven’t been qualified is the teacher also from high
school or below education graduate, for undergraduate there are increasing rate but also not too
many, for above education there are still quite a few of them. So from my point of view, it is very
vital to give scholarship for those who want to be teacher or teacher to get a chance to study until
they reach undergraduate or it would be better to have school with many Master Degree graduate.
With a good distribution system to teacher across all region in Indonesia and have good quality on
educating student it will solve the problem to the issues of Indonesia Education System. Hopefully
our government would able to bring Indonesia for a better future for young generation in the future.
