That the DONOR hereby states that, for the purpose of giving full effect to this
donation, he has reserved for himself in full ownership sufficient property to support him
in a manner appropriate to his needs;

That the DONEE hereby accepts this donation of the above-described property,
and does hereby express gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR.
