Initially, at the start of our business our team will be dividing the tasks amongst ourselves but as
we will move forward in our business operations, we are going to need some employees as we
have anticipated we need employees with certain skills and capabilities, so here is how the job

in a particular field then these people can benefit our business tremendously but in order to
attract them towards our organization, we will need to offer them certain incentives such as
commission along with a decent salary package – shares of our business will also be offered
after conversing with them. Their experience warrants a position of authority and seniority – this

performances, we will offer good commissions and good salary packages – we can offer them

understand that they are also a vital part of the organization and we will promise them that if they
