Paul McCartney

Paul McCartney was born on June 18, 1942 in Walton, Liverpool, England.
He has foour daughter and a son with Linda McCartney. He will have turned 78
by next year. He is an English singer, songwriter, musician, composer, and record
and film producer who gained worldwide fame as co-lead vocalist and bassist for
The Beatles. He had played with The Quarrymen before he joined The Beatles in
1960. He is known for hhis melodic approach to bass-playing and his versatile
anf wide tenor vocal range. McCartney is one of the most succesful composers of
all time. He has written or co-written 32 songs that have reached No. 1 on the
Billboard Hot 100. As of 2015, he is also one of the wealthiest musicians in the
world, with an estimated fortune of $730 million. His undhonors include two
inductions into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, 18 Grammy Awards, an
appointment as a Member of the Order of the British Wmpire in 1965, and a
kniighthood in 1997 for services to music.
