November 4 In our first day we checked the

BNS Report of barangay 59 Picas
Sagkahan Tacloban City, to see if
the pre-schooler are stunted,
severely stunted, obese,
overweight, tall etc.

November 5 Checking the Nutritional

Status of the pre-schooler and
we list the beneficiaries for
milk feeding.

November 6 In our third day it is the most

exciting, because we go to the
brgy. 89, San Jose to observed
the "Pagbasa sa Nutrition" in
barangay hall ground.

November 7 Again we do the BNS Report

which we tabulated and
checked the barangay Picas
Sagkahan.

November 25 We tabulated and checked

again the BNS Report of
barangay 83 A. In which we
minus the months and
birthday of the pre-schooler to
get the age in months.

November 26 We just continue tabulating

and checking of our ertain
barangay since it takes a long
period of time to finish one
barangay.

November 27 We're lucky because after an

our we finished our tasks hat
ma'am Donabel given to us
about the BNS Report.

November 28 We do again same routine we

tabulated and checked the
BNS Report for the pre-
schooler for their health if
they are in good or not.

Novembexr 29 We checked and tabulated the

BNS Report and help us our
ma'am to their general
cleaning.
December 4 We finally do our tasks and
we thank ma'am and sir
because of the memorable
time that we experienced
and also the learning that
we can apply it in our life.
