Port Edgar Yacht Club

This is the official notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting which will be held in
the clubhouse at 7.30pm on Thursday 16th August 2018.

The meeting will ask members to consider the following issues –

 Give the Main Committee permission to pursue the purchase of the modular
building we have been offered and authorise the necessary expenditure for
site preparation and the transfer of the building to Port Edgar.

 Consider the financial implications and risks involved in this action and how
we should address these.

Details of the proposed new clubhouse and the likely costs involved will be issued
shortly.
