Combos:
1 (slip body/head) – 1 – 2 – 3
1 – overhand 2 – 5/ 3
2–3–2
1–2–3–6
1 – slip – 3 – 2

NOTES:
Step back 1, PIVOT. Never step back 2.
Attack right after or right before opponent attack.
Calm down, breathe.
Defense for punches:
Straight high: dodge, pivot or parry.
Straight low: step back, pivot.
Hook high: step back, block, drop, pivot.
Hook low: step back, block, pivot.
Uppercut high: step back, pivot.
Uppercut low: step back, pivot.

1/ Stepping in and Stepping out


Step and glide: front foot forward, back foot where front foot was, the same for step back.
Transfer the weight: 1 2 3 punch (back - forth - back - punch)
2/ Going forward and Going backward
Jab while going backward.
Jab for every step in.
Step in - step straight back
Step in - step 45 back
Step in - step straight back
Step in - drop - step back
Step in - Right side glide
Step in feint - step back
3/ Jab
Thump side up, hit, block, get away.
Hard jab (go all the way through and back) - get away
Speed jab (go fast light and back) - get away
Jab and block jab, hook or uppercut - step away

Always bringing the jab back (depends on purpose to how close the hand to back)
Change the jabbing pace constantly
Stepping in for every punch, Always stepping, always weight transfer, hands up, chin
down.

Hitting on the fly: 3 jab circles (left and right) - get away

Feint high - jab low - get away
Always go out with good defense posture, hands up, knees bend, chin down.

Move with the bag, hook low, hook high, and step out

Pivot, hip turns, shoulder turns, and deliver

Building up speed
