Ananthapuramu (Dist) is after completion of Medical leave from 18-10-2019 to 16-11-
2019 is reported for duty on F.N. 17-11-2019 along with fitness certificate.
In this context, I am request to you sir sanction the above leave period from 18-
10-2019 to 16-11-2019 for 30 days half pay leave commuted in to full pay on medical
grounds.
