At a restaurant with friends

Waiter: Hello. How are you doing this afternoon?

Me: Fine, thank you. Can we see a menu, please?
Waiter: Certainly, here you are.
Me: Thank you. What's today's special?
Waiter: Grilled tuna and cheese on rye.
Me: That sounds good. I'll have that. What about you, guys?
George: The spaghetti looks really good.
Alina: It is! I had it the last time I was here.
Paul: How is the pizza, Alina?
Alina: It's good, but I think the pasta is better. What would you recommend?
Waiter: I'd recommend the lasagna. It's excellent!
Alina: That sounds great. I'll have that.
George: I think I'll have the lasagna as well.
Waiter: Right. That's two lasagnas. Would you care for an appetizer?
George: Yes, I'll take the calamari.
Paul: Oh, that sounds good! I can't decide between the chicken marsala and grilled fish.
Waiter: The fish is fresh, so I'd recommend that.
Paul: Great. I'll have the fish. I'd also like a salad.
Waiter: Noted. What would you like to drink?
George: I'll have water.
Alina: I'd like a beer.
Me: I'd like an orange juice.
Paul: And a coke for me.
Waiter: Would Pepsi be OK? We don't have Coke.
Paul: That would be fine.
Waiter: Thank you. I'll get the drinks and the appetizers.

Waiter: Here you are. Enjoy your meal!

Me: Thank you.

Waiter: Can I get you anything else? Would you like something for dessert?

Alina: Yes, I'll have the cake, please. Would you like something?

Paul: No, thanks. I'm full.

Me: No, thanks. Afterwards I'd like the bill, please.

Waiter: That'll be 57.95.
Me: Here you are. Keep the change!
Waiter: Thank you! Have a good day!
Me: Goodbye.
