to be a current financial member of Woods-Ray Theatricals, and I will also be required
to pay the $15 script cost.

I understand that if I am a successful cast member I must make a dedication and

commitment to the production, by attending all rehearsals required and putting in my best work.
I may also be required to assist with fundraising and other elements of the production.

I understand that pictures and video recordings may be taken of me during rehearsals, and I
consent to said material being used for the means of publication of
